What Happens If I Don’t Tell The Truth On My Credit Application?

What Happens If I Don’t Tell The Truth On My Credit Application? YOU WILL GET APPROVED!

Do I have to State my income? do I have to prove my income? do I have to say the exact time I’ve been in the job?

It’s only a car loan, they may not check,  they said I will get a better deal if I say I’ve been in my job for 2 years, I’m only in my job for 4 months but I’m going to say 2 years anyway

Yes; YOU WILL GET APPROVED, but you need to be careful because all of this is considered fraud, if you fake pay stubs, if you don’t tell the truth about your income, if you don’t tell the truth about your time at the job.

Keep in mind; the bank checks everything and they verify everything, not because you already drove out of the dealer with your new car that it became your car, this is wrong, if the bank found out that you are lied on your application the car will be taken away from you and the dealer may forfeit your down payment and may report you for fraud, specially if you lied about your income or your job or provided forged document or pay-stubs

It is important to understand that fraud is a crime and buying a car shouldn’t be a reason to commit fraud, remember i’m a car lot and I’ve seen this happening many times.
